EXPERIENCED FOOTBALLERS. Beginners, please submit only after playing elsewhere for a few years. We have flexible commitment for joining the group, & demand high commitment when RSVPing for events; ONLY RSVP IF YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU CAN ATTEND! $5 to play; liability insurance/equipment/etc..

Game Format:
Each match is up to 11v11 for two 45 minute halves; 1 sub each team for a 7 minute rotation. We provide numbered pinnies, & sub in numerical order. No slide-tackling.

RSVP Rules:
RSVPs for events open at 8p two days before each event. There is a limit of 24 players; following RSVP's will be waitlisted. Spots can go quickly, we recommend setting an alarm to prepare to sign-up as soon as the RSVP opens.

Wait List:
When/if a player from the confirmed list drops their spot, the first player on the wait list moves into that confirmed spot. We recommend setting notifications to alert you when you are confirmed for an event.

Start Time:
We start playing 5 minutes following the posted event start time. If confirmed players are not at the field & ready to play by that time, and 22+ players are present, their spots will be given to the first names on the wait list. If no one from the wait list is present, they will be given to any additional present group members. If no additional group members are present, we will play with as many players as we have present.

Last-Minute Cancellations:
A confirmed players' cancellation within 10 hours of an event will result in that member being waitlisted for their next RSVP. In an emergency prioritize your needs & let us know ASAP, we can only allow exceptions with communication.

No Call No Shows:
Result in removal from the group. You are welcome to resubmit. In an emergency prioritize your needs & let us know ASAP, we can only allow exceptions with communication.

First Timers:
If your playing/fitness level is significantly below the group, we may remove you & ask for you to gain more playing experience before resubmitting.

Violence & Language:
If you become verbally or physically combative with another player, you will be removed from the group.

Weather Conditions:
We will play in rain/sleet/snow. We will only cancel in extreme weather conditions: lightning, snow is sticking to the ground, above/below reasonable temperatures & air qualities.

Liability:
By Joining JCMFC and/or RSVPing Yes to JCMFC events, I certify that I have no known medical or other conditions that could interfere with my participation in JCMFC activities. I also understand and accept that the practice of soccer, both indoor and outdoor, involves certain risks of physical injury. Therefore, I, individually, hereby release and discharge, JCMFC Organizers, Co-organizers, and Jersey City from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims of negligence, arising out of, resulting from, by reason of, or in connection with my participation in any of JCMFC group programs or activities.

I understand that I may be exposed to risks include, but are not limited to, the dangers of serious personal injury, property damage, and death (“Injuries and Damages”).

JCMFC Organizer and its Co-Organizers reserve the right to take and utilize photographs, video, or any type of recording of participating person while engaged in our or associated activities. By Joining the group and RSVP’ing Yes to activities you consent to JCMFC use the photograph, video, or recording of me, for advertising, promotional, or related purposes, and waive all rights to compensation and other rights which may arise as a result.
