One of the reasons why I started the group was because my friends were busy and I was sitting home alone on the weekends and it was very depressing. Many other women found themselves in similar situations because of various circumstances in their lives. I and other members of the group plan fun activities and some of the events we have done are dinner, movies, trips, comedy clubs, miniature golf, a psychic and dinner night, pottery painting and some members have participated in a cake decorating class.
