Join for a yoga flow class of mindful movements to create circulation in major joints of the bod. Practice will support wellness for mind & body.
Don't worry! 75-min practice includes time for a short, guided Meditation. You will also enjoy a well deserved savasana/ corpse pose at the end of practice.
Beginners & all levels welcome! Every person can practice & cultivate mind-body balance. Reach out w/ questions :)
